Not much happened with the chapter but just small story development about what happens after the gas explosion outside the lab. This wasn’t I expect for the week of waiting but I think the chapter was a good start for a big battle.

Now I know what was G5 marine’s role in the arc and this is to help everyone to be save by doing the patches for the door passage that was destroyed by Zoro’s group.

Toei Animation announced the release of the brand new One Piece Film Z trailer that features Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji battling against Marine Admiral Z.

Finally the wait is over and it was another surprising One Piece week as Oda now introduces a new character for the Punk Hazard adventure. The introduction of the new character was another big addition for the series as for it was predicted that the mystery guy from the previous chapter might be Joker, Vegapunk or Aokiji. The whole chapter is pretty ok though I found nothing too special this time and was just bit of explanation of what really happens in between. Just like how it explains what actually happens with Zoro, Sanji and Brook and how Yeti Brothers take advantage with their lame gas attack with the group.

Though the trio is affected by the attack I was amazed with Zoro’s awareness of being able to cut off the icicles that was supposed to kill them as they from the cliff. Because of that not so clever attack, Yeti Cool Brothers have taught that the group was dead and instructed the group of masked people to check the groups dead body. Another epic chapter and finally all our speculations about the alliance is over as Luffy officially accepted Law’s offer though we were a bit cut short of what had Law said of who the target was.

Another thing that excites me is the revelation that both Zoro and Sanji possess a haki ability. I am sure those two guys are tough after the two year period training under the guidance of Mihawk and Emporio Ivankov, respectively. Continue reading “One Piece 668 – Pirate Alliance” »

The chapter is not that exciting as I expect this to be, looks like Oda made the phase a bit slow this time. I was not amazed with Yeti cool brother’s ability to dodge Luffy’s attack even it looks like Luffy was surprised a bit.

Though they were able to dodge Luffy’s attack I am still not convince that they are someone to look for with this Punk Hazard arc. And I am sure that they were totally wrong when they taught Zoro’s group were dead. I am looking forward for a big surprise here.
