It’s Queen Otohime turn this time but I guess Oda gave more emphasis with her in the last pages of the manga.

Oda started the chapter by narrating how Jinbei and Arlong take their separate ways. Arlong goes out in the deep blue sea in rage while Jinbei was invited to become one of the Shichibukai.

I was really touched with what Queen Otohime did at the last pages of the manga. Oda narrates that the Queen’s main purpose is to let her people discover and experience the world above them.

Oda made a job well done describing how Queen Otohime fight for his ideals with her people. Probably this will going to be a longer flashback story telling by Oda before we could see Luffy again.
